Saw this video on BBC News. It was a little startling how fast QAnon has been growing since the coronavirus. Also talks about the QAnon followers in politics. Something (another virus) that needs to be taken seriously.

I have a former friend who has slipped into this bullshit... I was shocked to learn he's Qanon and voting for tRump.

That's a given. But the followers get sucked into these wild conspiracy theories; like the poor guy who shot up a pizza joint thinking that he was going to rescue child sex slaves from the basement that were being molested by Democratic political leaders, only to learn that the place didn't HAVE a basement. Fortunately, he didn't kill or injure anyone. Just felt stupid.
