They are rolling out the plan they have been preparing for. The republicans, with the help of Mitch have been stacking the judiciary for years. The goal is to continue the coup.

I have a feeling that the government's argument will boil down to "We can't be held responsible if some journalists get hit with less lethal rounds when our guys are firing randomly into the crowd."
