She doesn't like it, demands refund- gets one, installer complies

I had a similar run in. Guy wanted a graphic done for his dad's birthday. Took me a week to make it and then he said the lines on it were too thin. O.K.- gave him his money back and threw the graphic in the garbage. He then said - and I'm making this up-"If you are going to throw it away, I'll take it." Told him to leave the shop and never come back.

I would have to see a lot more of that before I thought vendor wasn’t overreacting.
