Someone needs to make Trump understand that the Corona Virus is not a contest.

It's as if he, and various Republicans, think that we'll win by having the most cases and the most deaths.

This is not a contest like football or basketball in which high score wins. It's not a contest at all, but if it were, it would be like golf, where low score wins.

...reminds of the Piaget experiment with the short and tall beakers in which young children typically think the taller container holds more because it looks bigger.

That's about his level of functioning.
