Like Ted Cruz, like John McCain, born to American citizens living elsewhere. Natural born citizen.

She'd be great. I still prefer Rice, but my preference doesn't count. We don't vote in a primary for veep candidate.

Ted Cruz is not Natural Born. McCain's case turns on the exact status of the Canal Zone.

Would you like to see this issue litigated after Trump loses? An unnecessary risk

That's all we'll be hearing for the next three months if Biden picks her. And there's also that crazy right-wing son of hers.

She would make a great vice president, but before that, during the campaign ... well, she's got a lot of baggage we'll have to be dealing with.

And also, she's a bureaucrat. A good one, but she isn't really a politician.

I wish somebody could get Michelle Obama to run. A Joe Biden-Michelle Obama ticket would (continuing the baseball analogy) knock it out of the park.

Fuck Benghazi and her son is an adult who thinks and chooses for himself. And furthermore, nobody gives a fuck about either of those things other than people who want to try and make issues out of them.

Nobody is able to overlook 150,000+ deaths in a few months because of -45's neglect and I bet they won't be thinking Benghazi is a problem after the past three hundred years of fucking chump. And I bet they aren't gonna give a rat's ass about another rumper no matter who his mother is.

Seriously. If those are the only things you can throw at her, give up, save yourself some misery.

...I'm saying the right-wingers will. Incessantly, ad infinitum. We'll be hearing that to the point where it'll make us want to puke. Just as it did several years ago when we were likewise hearing it ad infinitum. I love Susan Rice and I think she would make a GREAT vice president, and if something happens to Biden, a GREAT president. She is smart, capable, knowledgeable, she really knows her stuff. And I believe she has integrity, which is one of the reasons the right-wingers go after her like they do. I'm just saying that I'm afraid having her on the ticket might cause our side problems during the campaign. After the campaign is over and she and Biden are in office, she will be great.

You seem to think I'm not on your side, but I assure you I am.

And I'm saying that those things don't matter to people who have two functioning brain cells and vote. They know that Biden has to win or everyone dies a miserable death whether it's from the virus or some other travesty brought on by the alternative to Biden.

That's all that matters.

Everyone can see what four years of this guy is all about, we also know what Biden's always been about. It really comes down to that. I hope he chooses Ambassador Rice, she'll be a great president.

There are way too many people in this country who DON'T have two functioning brain cells, and nevertheless, they vote. About 40 percent of the people in this country, according to the polls.

But because they DO vote, we unfortunately have to deal with them.

Did so because of the Comey letter about Clinton’s emails. They didn’t like Trump but they were uneasy about Clinton. The Comey letter gave them an excuse to stay home. Rice and Benghazi could have the same effect.

to remain a Senator because she's good at it and has much more influence as such. A VP has to step out of the capitol and become part of the WH which has many restrictions. She's good at writing legislation and oversight responsibilities, I think she should do that. We need a big majority in the Congress and that will mean keeping the Senators we already have.

When in doubt ignore all the peripheral crap and wager on the best team playing that day.

It was amazing how well that worked. It felt like a zest of clarity as the superiority was demonstrated early and often.

All similar applies to Susan Rice. It's reached the point after her tweet today I'll be briefly deflated if it isn't her, and always convinced it should have been.
