Awe Inspiring: Rescued and treated Bald Eagle now released

Wow, just wow. I see them around here occasionally. They make all the Red-tailed hawks, Great Horned Owls and Golden Eagles look tiny.

Surely he's not in the best of shape. Had they thought of this? Maybe a large field would have been a better choice.

Beautiful breast stroke.

And thinking about it some more, any bird that eats fish has to be able to take off from water or be able to swim to shore. Evolution demands it!
