B-Roll of "rioters" as content for right wing media and anti-Biden ads, and that's pretty much his reasoning for doing what he's doing...IMHO.

This is the 21st century. I don't think there is any kind of 'tape' involved in modern day video making.

I am a video producer and haven't used tape in over 10 years - Trump is 'talent' and doesn't know the difference between an SD card, CFast card or tape.

And BTW, 'tape' is still used as short-hand in television production (as in 'live to tape', or 'roll the tape'), even though it's all digital.
