It's on 9am to noon, and 0:30 to 3:30 (both eastern standard time) every day. AND, it's a live, interactive streaming show with drives out of about 4 different reserves in South Africa. You can actually send in questions to the guides.

The link is for both the dam cam, that runs pretty much 24/7, and the actual safari drive.
