We may have gotten under his skin, but we're not doing any damage to him politically. That fucking monotone voice and the actual words coming out of his mouth sound imminently reasonable to a layperson that sees a few minutes of the hearing. He's like Megamind, in that he's a hyper intelligent arch criminal.
