"I think that's an argument that is -- has some validity to it. And we ought to deal with that. And there is a way to deal with that, but not this way, not cold turkey," Hoyer said.

I think we have to wait until they figure how many billions the corporations and wealthy are going to get. It looks like that will far exceed any paltry amounts for UI and a stimulus for people.
That's in the package, BTW.
