This is a GOOD thing and very basic, should have been started several months ago. We're currently scary-dependent on foreign manufacturers and need to make far more of the ingredients and drugs at home. After all, the drugs produced, both treatments and vaccines, are going to be needed by most of 7 billion people, not just our 300 million.

The responsible intelligence behind this of course does not come from the WH. Trump's finally been scared into not blocking at least these current actions.
