Interesting aspect of Lincoln project ads:

In the ads for Democratic candidates in red states, like Montana and Alaska, they use the word “hell“ as in “sure as hell“. To my knowledge I have never heard that word used in a political ad, at least here in Pennsylvania.

Has anyone else ever heard that word in a political ad? I am academically curious.Yellow.

(Older folks will get that joke)

I do not watch any tv that would show me ads, only when tornadoes are around! Here in Kansas I don't think I have ever heard it but I also do not think it would matter much if that was said. We do have our religious nutbags (not you good, sensible religious people) and they might have a problem with it but after all the supposedly aborted and torn apart fetus pictures that they love to display I doubt they have any grounds to object to this ad. If we have to listen to a women tell us we need to be careful of our dreams so we do not wake up with demon sperm swimming around inside of us, the word hell would be not so upsetting I don't think.
