My mother guessed who had COVID-19 on the first try.

I gave her two clues:

"He's not from our state."

"But he's the dumbest person in Congress."

She said: "Oh. Gohmert!"

She guessed Louie Gohmert straight away. I could hardly contain my laughter.

...that I think a literacy test for voting might not be a bad idea, IF and ONLY IF it can be done in a way that doesn't boil down to Jim Crow reborn.

Seriously - no one who can read and write could possibly think Gohmert is someone who should be serving in Congress.
