I would assume that these calls are recorded and saved, right?
I am also wondering what level of security clearance, and the "need to know" requirements to have access to the contents of the recordings.

In practice, these f*ckers are either destroying it or locking it up without putting it in the system. Only a heavily redacted version would ever be seen by more than a handful in Donnie's inner circle and I guess the translator.
