2. Why didn't Trump order hydroxychloroquine shipped to hospitals and issue and executive

order allowing doctors to use it? Probably have to have some immunity from lawsuits too. He thinks he can do whatever he wants, so why not that? We could already be seeing it save us and he could be doing a victory dance. They know it's bullshit. Is this just to pump the stock again and make another big score?
