6 more will accept CV19 as an excuse to vote absentee (designated by ** above, but check for any limitations).

That’s 40 states where anyone can vote by mail in November. Order absentee ballots early, submit them early, use drop boxes if available, check to make sure received, etc., and win in a landslide.
