TROPICAL STORM ISAIAS - Puerto Rico currently catching fresh hell.....

PR is the little rectangle inside that very nasty red eye......

but there is a lot of rain. Additionally Isaias is moving at 21 mph so it will not stick around to do much damage.

We here in Jamaica are desperate for some of that rain.

2. Well, judging she's roughly 500 miles away, your wish should come true....

in about 24 hours (give or take) as I assume you'll benefit from the outer bands......

With regard to PR, I was thinking of flooding and mudslides like they've suffered from so many times before. I hope it's like you say and not as serious as it looks.

3. I believe PR has been in severe drought

There have been recent reports of the difficulty With inadequate water for washing required by Covid.
