(15,595 posts)A co-worker who is working remotely as his mom's caretaker in that area just checked in to say everything was okay, but they're going to spend the rest of the week quake proofing the house (damaged in the Northridge quake) in case this was a foreshock.

(14,796 posts)during coverage of the mars mission spacecraft launch. Shook up their personnel in Pasadena, I suppose.
Thankfully, it didn't cause them any problems and the Florida launch went on perfectly.......
