NEWS: The full DC Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to rehear the Michael Flynn case. Oral arguments for the en banc review are scheduled for Aug. 11.

There has been a lot of speculation that the full court would reverse the earlier decision.
I still expect Trump to pardon Flynn, but then he would still be a convicted felon.
