I think Trump should video himself, and watch it at a minimum of 10 times

He comes off as completely un credible and just plain foolish.

He doesn't know what the hell he's talking about and he doesn't know how to communicate effectively.

He would watch himself and find something to critique about something or someone else, but never himself.

He will never face the truth about himself. If he were ever to do that it would cause him to have a complete breakdown. This is all just my opinion, but it seems pretty obvious that his personality is that damaged.
