he wasn't even removed from office when he was impeached. I don't think he thinks he'll go to jail. He thinks he's Teflon. He'll just buy a good enough lawyer and the jury will see how brilliant he is and how totally unfair the charges are and they will let him go.

I think he LOVES the power (not the work, just the power) and the adulation and the massive financial benefits - he LOVES not having to pay to travel to his own properties, etc.
