Listening to Obama, I was struck by the timeliness of Lewis's leave-taking, as though even

in the timing of his death, he was carrying on his life's work. All he did and all he stood for could not be more relevant to all that is going on right now, and Obama so eloquently and powerfully tied it all together in a way to inspire and galvanize. I find it awe-inspiring. So that even in his death, with Obama's help, his life's work continues from the other side.

Extraordinary.
