With Obama's blessing, I think the filibuster is toast

Should the Dems win the Senate, I think the filibuster is gone. We'll get a ton of good legislation passed, but I think we should caution ourselves because if we just have a 1 or 2 seat majority, we'll need the blessing the moderate/conservative Dems in the Senate like Joe Manchin. We'll probably need a 4 seat cushion in order to get real progressive bills passed.

one of the few we have left.

a majority is much to be hoped for, prayed for, worked for, but those people are not going away .

I have been saying that for years! Thanks for posting this most valuable info. We HAVE TO get the County back to somewhere near normal.
