Deputy gang with matching tattoos rules Compton patrol station, LASD deputy alleges

The Los Angeles County sheriff's Compton patrol station "has been permeated" by a violent deputy gang called the "Executioners," according to a new legal claim.

What stands out in this complaint is that it was filed by an LASD deputy, Art Gonzalez, who worked at the Compton station for five years.

The filing comes as Loyola Law School's Center for Juvenile Law and Policy releases a new report detailing what it calls a persistent pattern of deputy gangs violating the rights of citizens and engaging in excessive force.

Deputy Gonzalez claims that prospective members win admission to the group when they are involved in a shooting and that they celebrate with "inking" parties. A recruit gets tattooed with the "Executioner" logo -- a laughing skeleton holding an AK-47 and wearing a Nazi-style helmet.

"They're going to frankly, kill and injure people that should never have been shot but for them wanting to join a gang and that's how you do it. You get into the gang by shooting people," says Gonzalez's attorney Alan Romero.

When you have rampant racism running unchecked for 17 years, this is what you get.

I have been aware of it most of my life. This gang stuff has been present in the northeast for a couple hundred years. You'd think something would have changed by now.

2. Where does the article say that it is a white supremacist gang?

I read the article and didn’t see that mentioned. I’m aware of the presence of white supremacists in police departments generally but if they’ve formed an actual gang we need that to be exposed.

The problem is that they're celebrating, glorifying and encouraging the killing of the citizens they're sworn to protect and serve. They all ought to be fired immediately and investigated by an independent prosecutor.

And remember a lot of the Nazis fled to Mexico and South America after World War II to avoid prosecution in the Nuremberg trials.

I found the names of four of the members of the Executioners.

Eugene Contraras
Samuel Aldama
Andy Toone
Jaime Juarez

In situations like this we need to focus on what is true and can be proven. There is a group inside the police department who calls themselves the Executioners and this group has been engaging in behavior that is entirely unbecoming of any public servant. Calling them white supremacists when there is no apparent tie to white supremacy, and many of the named members are Hispanic, makes it easy for people with dubious intentions to dismiss the real problem in the first place.

These people need to be fired immediately and investigated by an independent prosecutor.

Not enough military personnel. Force recruits to serve another tour then extend that to another tour then another tour on top of that.

The standards of entry to the armed forces were significantly lowered in order that these recruitment needs were met. Screening of white supremacists to prevent them from entering and contaminating military ranks were significantly lowered so that recruitment needs of the military could be met.

The Neo Nazis, skinheads, and Fascist militias recognized this as a bonanza time for them. Because the recruiting standards were so drastically lowered so that military manpower needs could be met. This gave the Nazis and Fascist a wide open door policy that allowed them entry to the US military, where formerly they were carefully screened out.

Nazis and Fascist now gained access to advanced training, advanced weapons instruction, advanced bomb and explosive training, becoming seasoned warriors, and receiving seasoned covert urban warfare soldier training.

Once the Iraq and Afghan wars wound down many of the excess Nazi and Fascist military personnel among the lower ranks returned to America to now join the law enforcement ranks of county sheriff and local police department. The remainder of the now highly military trained and seasoned warrior Nazis and Fascists returned home and blended in with the white supremacists Nazi groups and militias who openly strut around with high powered weapons at local public political gatherings and protests while the police stand aside, clearing a path for them, and patting them on the back giving the Nazis unimpeded moral support.

The Nazis and Fascists saw an opening to advance and enhance their cause. The Iraq and Afghan Wars created an opportunity for them to gain highly advanced military training. They exploited the opening to get this training. The US military took the bait hook line and sinker.

So in essence the US taxpayer paid lock, stock, and barrel to put the gun of Fascism that is currently aimed at their heads and is about to explode. We built and financed the Nazi movement that is about to rain down upon us. Former military Nazis and Fascist infiltrated our law enforcement agencies and hide in the general population ready to pounce and attack. We picked up the tab that brought this down upon ourselves.

Talk about blow back - and exploding in your face after you light the fuse that causes damage primarily to yourself.

The same thing applies to excessive military hardware as the Iraq and Afghan War excursions wound down. That highly advanced military hardware and equipment came back to America. Was given to law enforcement authorities and swat teams all across America. Causing of police forces to become highly militarized.

Again blow back,..

.... exploding right in our faces,.. we as tax payers pay to build up and strengthen the military so they can better protect us. Then they turn their guns/weapons (that we bought and paid for) and aim those guns/weapons on us.

17. 50 million paid out already by the taxpayers

Evidence of the secret deputy pack first emerged in the wrongful death shooting case of Donta Taylor. Compton Deputy Samuel Aldama was forced to reveal his tattoo. Aldama said in a deposition that about twenty other deputies at the Compton station had the same tattoo.

"Skeletons, which is a symbol of death, there were flames coming out of Aldama's tattoos which symbolizes he's emerging from hell, there's an AK-47," says attorney John Sweeney, who deposed Aldama and obtained the photo of Aldama's tattoo.

Sweeney put up billboards of Aldama and his partner, looking for more potential victims. In his deposition, Aldama denied the group is a gang. The county settled the case before trial for $7 million.

"This is all taxpayer money, so yes, the taxpayers should be very worried," Sweeney tells Eyewitness News. "And criminal defense attorneys are going to be lining up making motions for new trials."
