When Biden wins and the Dems have control of both houses

This is when we have to be more active and not lose focus. Republicans and the right wing media are at their best when they are in the minority and the ‘94 and ‘10 elections are big reasons why we are in the mess we are in now. Those elections were both tsunami elections in which 1994 took us a long time to climb out of, and we still haven’t got out the 2010 hole.

Pass the kind of legislation that clearly shows the People the difference between the two parties and fuck "working with our colleagues across the aisle." All they will work at is throwing a wrench into the whole works. Legislate without them and legislate with boldness.

This is what screwed us in 2009-2011....the Dems were always trying to get bipartisan consensus even though the Republicans were saying no to everything.

problems initially. There would be much less tension and discord if both parties could find common ground and occasional compromises to benefit all Americans.

However, if they behave like McConnell did when Obama became president, then Democrats will have to take the initiative to get laws passed. Fortunately, I believe that Biden has the wisdom and experience to recognize the difference between cooperation and obstructionism.

If we get a bare majority in the Senate, we would need ALL Dems on board and that's not easy when you have senators like Joe Manchin. So we need to temper our goals a bit.

It’s how years like 2010 happened. And it’s much easier to fear monger when you’re in the minority.

We are already starting to hear the deficit hawks and they will increase their volume when Biden is elected. We have heard zero from them for the last 4 years (till last month or so about this new second COVID relieve bill) as they pile up our national debt with Trump. But they will be out and criticize every bill the democrats will try to pass under Biden.

house, many more coming, and many big projects that have been long planned and tweaked. Remember Hillary? She wasn't one person but the head of a whole party eager and excited to hit the ground running and make big changes beginning January 3, 2017.

What's planned can be read about. Many details are secret because the Republicans will do their best to stop them, but overall it's not at all secret. There's more to read about what's in the works than most of us will care to try to get through, including a lot that's extremely technical.

There MUST be aggressive, comprehensive investigation into all of the malfeasance by Trump and his Republican enablers. And once the evidence is compiled, there MUST be aggressive prosecution, to the FULL extent of the law.

And yes, I DO mean the full extent, INCLUDING prosecution for Treason.
I've been hesitant to go that far until recently, but the Russian bounties story puts that SQUARELY on the table.

There MUST NOT be another "we have to put things behind us for the sake of unity" mistake.
Republicans will NOT permit unity, and we have well over a solid decade of unbroken proof of that.

We must make certain that our representatives understand what is demanded of them.
They MUST bring about justice, or BOTH parties will be beyond redemption, and the Republic dies.

It really is that serious.
