My gravest concern is that Democrats will repeat the mistakes from the beginning of President Obama's first term, neglecting to pursue the crimes of the Bush administration in the name of unity that Republicans absolutely will not permit.

This is not merely something the next administration should do, it is something they must.
To fail to do so is to ensure the death of the Republic.

Note: Independent Counsel is more powerful than Special Counsel.

Every private contractor and “just following orders” Good German who enabled Trump’s crimes must be brought to justice.

If justice is denied then retribution becomes it's substitute. That's why South Africa held commissions-without them vigilantism could be perceived as justified.
