Poll: who do you think Biden will pick - NOT who you want, but who will get it.

Remeber, this is who you think will get it, even if she is not your first choice.

V.P has more status, but SCOTUS is a lot more important.

That's not a criticism, there is a lot to be said for being cautious. But I think he will make the safest choice.

She’s a proven legislator and leader (Speaker of the California Assembly and Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus). She’s a die-hard liberal (appeasing Joe’s left flank). She’s quiet but effective—very little baggage and a solid, working track record. She won’t upstage Joe (because she’s a quiet, behind-the-scenes hard worker). She’s an African-American woman, and that will help election turn-out. She’s not a prosecutor, and that means she’s not tainted by George Floyd’s death in a BLM year.

She’s Joe’s best choice, I think. All it comes down to, now, is whether or not Joe gets along with her. That I do not know.

At this point if he doesn’t pick an AA woman a lot of people will be very disappointed.

Harris plays very well on TV. Sorry if that seems crude but hey.
Rice is super impressive in every respect. She’s the best pick but I do think it will be Harris.

Duckworth? Just don’t see it happening.

If the process were conducted in private, you'd hear never-ending howls of "smoke-filled rooms," "secrecy," "cabals," etc. The process never has been pretty; probably it never will be. Here's hoping it won't be too damaging!

But I like the idea of her on the Supreme Court and I'd vote for whoever he picks. We have so many good people on our side that we will have a tremendous administration full of good, qualified people. Unlike right now.

I figured Rice from the moment Klobuchar pulled out.
They were the two with the closest long term working relationship and if they were on the list they have already passed Biden's stated tests.

The Bass, Harris California infighting has hurt both.
