“His death is due to the carelessness of the politicians who continue to jeopardize the health of brown bodies through a clear lack of leadership, refusal to acknowledge the severity of this crisis, and inability and unwillingness to give clear and decisive direction on how to minimize risk,”

"Her undeserving death is due to the carelessness of the politicians who continue to hedge their bets on the lives of healthcare workers through a lack of leadership, through a refusal to acknowledge the severity of this crisis, and through an inability and unwillingness to give clear and decisive direction on how to minimize the risks of the coronavirus,"

“Mark, like so many others, should not have died from COVID-19. His death is due to the carelessness of the politicians who continue to jeopardize the health of brown bodies through a clear lack of leadership, refusal to acknowledge the severity of this crisis, and inability and unwillingness to give clear and decisive direction on how to minimize risk,” Urquiza wrote in an obituary published last week in The Arizona Republic.

This needs to be the next Lincoln ad!

People want to fight oh we can't lock down. Start arguing what is essential job-- Use common sense! Do you need to get your hair done for 2 months. Really you can't understand that if we go into a pool we could be spreading an illness. I don't give an EFFIN HELL how nice it is! We are a effin greedy and sick society not do something that will not only save your own lives but but your neighbors than you are reaping this disease!

Denmark 615 deaths

Spain 28,445 deaths

UK 46,201 deaths

France 30, 147 deaths

Germany 9,148 deaths

Australia 208 deaths

New Zealand 22 deaths

India 38, 135 deaths

Canada 8,941 deaths

Why the F*UK is 153, 757 dying in the U.S.A ?

Don't give me B.S. that oh you can't get people to give up holidays or nice weather. All these countries locked down for months and their citizens acted like adults and cared about each other well being.
AND DON'T TELL ME it can't be done! My friend has been put on a ventilator! She has had Covid 2 times first time she described it as a bad pneumonia this most recent time she was on Oxygen at home. Symptoms dissipated didn't need oxygen but she kept testing positive for the past month. She couldn't get clear to go to work. Last night she called an ambulance. they found her unconscious got her to the hospital. so don't you dare tell me we can't lock down! The majority of this world did!

That was what I wondered. Somewhere, there's a format to follow. Karadeniz Aug 2020 #2
Is it because they don't want the obit section to be too inflamitory? Norbert Aug 2020 #3

Its an organized by a group

Id be pissed. As much as I hate Trump. I would expect an obituary to be the words of or about the individual
Not some form letter

Make a statement in your own words not somebody else’s or the statement is meaningless in my opinion
