Can someone help me find a meme that lists all the reforms since the blm protests?

I have a family member telling me what a horrible group BLM is and that they are marxist. But I keep hearing the same buzzwords from people on the right and I am sick of it. Also, I saw a meme listing all the names of African americans that have died in the hands of law enforcement. He insists there's only a handful and I remember distinctly seeing a memoriam listing a 100 people.

There have been various promises and some actions taken. Whether any will lead to "reform" (however that is defined) is way, way too early to see.
