Under the 12th Amendment, the presidential and vice-presidential nominees run as a pair. Pence will be nominated as VP this month. He can’t be replaced as a political ploy.

In addition, electors can’t vote for a Pres and Vice President candidate who are both from their state. That would mean the automatic loss of Florida, which Trump can’t afford.
