They were sent a voter registration application. If they are dead, they cannot apply.

3. I hope all the MAGA morons follow the Dotard in not understanding the difference

between registering to vote/applying for a mail in ballot and actually casting a vote. Maybe they'll ignore their real ballot thinking they've already done it!
