Twitler is talking about Mail in Ballot flub in West Virginia.

How dead people are being sent a ballot.

He's going to do these type of press conferences from now to the election and CNN and MSNBC need to stop covering this crap!

They were sent a voter registration application. If they are dead, they cannot apply.

between registering to vote/applying for a mail in ballot and actually casting a vote. Maybe they'll ignore their real ballot thinking they've already done it!
