Anyway, so I'm a bit punchy. And it occurred to me that maybe -- just maybe -- Fox News is in cahoots with companies that make blood pressure medication. Considering how Fox spins and spews stuff to make people angry and keep them angry so they'll come back and get angry again and watch the commercials, I have to wonder if there's a connection.

Of course, if this were a novel or movie, the drug companies wouldn't advertise directly: it'd be too obvious. Hmmm...

Aristus reports that the vast majority of BP meds are cheap generics. The go-to drug is Lisinopril, which everyone I know who takes BP meds either is or has been on. That shit is so cheap they almost pay you to haul it away.
