13. I'd be OK with Schiff because as much as he despises trump, he knows

it would not be good to go after trump after he loses. He’s brilliant and would be a great AG, but going after trump for things that are primarily political would not change anything. Stomping his and GOPers asses would.

A prosecutor, especially a federal one, would never get a jury without a couple of rubes to hang a jury. Stomp his rear and let him die a broke old man.
