Biden wins, can President Biden use an executive order to remove him?

Wouldn't even need an order-- Trump would be a trespasser.

(6,373 posts)At noon on Inauguration Day, the constitution states that the newly-elected president-elect is legally the president. Trump is officially a trespasser and should he refuse to leave, he will be forcibly removed from the grounds by the Secret Service.

It will not be dramatic.

(10,039 posts)After the elections and the dems take the senate as well, can the dems do impeachment in the house and send it to the senate after the new congress is seated (I think Jan 6) and have Trump impeached before inauguration, and then that would stop any pardons of him, for assurance but also gets him out sooner?

(9,974 posts)To his Secret Service detail. After the inauguration, most of Trump's "protection" evaporates. The housekeeping staff will have packed up anything marked "Trump", will likely have shipped most of it out by Inauguration Morning.
