Plus he couldn't afford a loss in court to make him look even more stoopid.

Back to the YMCA Camp in the state of Georgia,

260 children and staff at Georgia overnight camp test positive for coronavirus, CDC says.

The camp did not require its more than 360 campers, who ranged in age from 6 to 19, to wear masks.

Eventually he's going to have to break down and mandate masks. If he has any sense (and elephants will fly, I know) he'll put the mandate in place before Biden makes him do it in January. The only thing a control freak like Kemp hates more than not getting Bottoms to back down is putting himself in a situation where someone else makes him do it.

He thought he could rant and rave, threaten and scare Democrats into backing down, now he slithering off with his rail tucked between his legs and egg on his face.

Loser!
