4. You should definitely complain about how it's screwing up non-election related things..

... whether it's not getting medicine in a timely fashion, missing due dates on bills, or having important mail delayed. He's doing it to sabotage the election, but it's breaking a lot of other stuff too, and otherwise worthless republicans might be more receptive to those lines of attack.
