REALLY?!!! Kamala not eligible to run for VP because of her Immigrant parents?

Why the F*CK isn't a reporter standing up and asking Trump how is he eligible to run when his OWN parents immigrated to America? If he is going to stoop to that level than the next press conference everyone report should ask why isn't his Presidency is illegal after all his mother was an immigrant . Did his grandparents enter America Legally?

Not Trump's grandfather has an interesting history of apparently being kicked out of Germany after returning from America which he went to in order to avoid military service. Then opened a brothel.

I know how much of that is true though. But Fred was born in America.

ON EDIT: Oh, yeah... his mom was born in Scotland... Never mind.

The media corrects him and expresses bewilderment each time, but maybe there's a reason why trump continues to project fake birth certificate conspiracies onto others?

But for some reason, the president keeps saying his father was born in Germany. The White House did not immediately respond to a request for an explanation.

In July 2018, the president told Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo that both his parents were born in the European Union in an interview about trade with Europe. His mother, Mary Anne Trump, was born in Scotland.

“My parents were born in the European Union,” he said. “I love those countries, Germany and all of the countries, Scotland.”

(CNN)President Donald Trump has come under fire for using the name of a famous Native American as a slur -- at an event honoring Native Americans for their service as code talkers in World War II, no less.

Fred Trump sought to pass himself off as Swedish amid anti-German sentiment sparked by World War II. According to the biography "The Trumps: Three Generations that Built an Empire" by Gwenda Blair, Fred Trump denied knowing German and did not teach it to his children.

John Walter, a Trump family historian and one of Donald Trump's cousins, said this was an effort to not offend his Jewish customers.
"He said, 'You don't sell apartments after the war if you're German,' " Walter said in the Boston Globe article. "So he's Swedish, no problem."

Even after World War II, Fred Trump continued to claim he was Swedish, according to Walter.

Fat Nixon's father was born in the Bronx and his mother in Scotland, so I guess using his "logic" he's half-eligible to be Prez.

They are beyond ridiculous! And, as they have no plans to improve or fix anything, all they can do is attempt to throw stuf at the wall.

Mr. "Law & order" can't very well attack her for being a tough prosecutor, for example.

I guess it's better to laugh at them and not be distracted while we are busy winning in Nov!

Of course, if that what was intended, they would have drafted the 14th amendment that way. They didn't. They said "... and subject to the jurisdiction thereof...".

It's ridiculous to claim that immigrants aren't subject to the laws of the United States, even if they're not citizens.

It's meant to exclude invading armies and diplomats.

Us v. Wong kim ark in 1898 held that you're a citizen if you're born here, unless
1) your parents are foreign diplomats, I.e., subject to the laws of that other nation; or
2) you were born in a part of the United States under the control an invading army, I.e., subject to the law of that other nation; or
3) you were born to parents subject to the laws of an untaxed Indian tribe (a concept that afaik doesn't exist any more, I think they're all taxed now).

None of this applies to Kamala, so she's obviously a citizen from birth, a natural-born citizen, and eligible for vp/president.

But she's black, so birthers gotta find a way to call her illegitimate.....

Trump's father was born in the US, his mother immigrated from Scotland using chain migration!

His paternal grandfather was born in Germany and immigrated to the US using chain migration...after he made his fortune, he returned to Germany to get married, and intended to remain in Germany.

But, it seems that grandpa was a draft dodger, so he was deported back to the US, with his new bride!

By the way, Melania's parents immigrated to the US using chain migration, what makes this interesting is that Trump has spoken out against the use of chain migration...with some exceptions, it seems!!!
