Election Ballots in US Mail.

As being with postal service over 20 years, one thing I can tell you is this, we postal workers do not fail in doing our jobs when we have to ensure what must be done. There are many processes to ensure no ballot is left behind. We search, we verify, we do our jobs that we are entrusted to do. Now imagine all those postcards we deliver every Christmas season, now imagine the election ballot from the one voter. 30 years ago, practically every piece of mail was done manually. Fast forward to today, the postal worker still delivers the mail manually, just the processing of the mail to the carriers is machined processed.

Do not let those that do not know how things work buffalo you. Know that if you take away something useful, it will just anger the losing end and they will comeback stronger than ever.

Covid-19 has crippled a lot of things, but has not crippled the postal workers commitment to America!

God bless you all!

to 'slow down, and leave the mail in the office for tomorrow,' which seems to be slowing things down now?

2. Where will all that mail stockpile at? We constantly look for places for upflex of PACKAGES.

. . . I'm seeing a fair number of customers who are wondering where the hell their mail is.

But I'm also seeing a lot of customers who vocally, and loudly, express their support for the USPS workers and for the work that we do. I don't think I've ever been so loved. The "little guy" is definitely on our side.

I'm on a first name basis with our carrier and every Christmas we make sure to leave a thank you for all the work over the last year and a small gift card to a local restaurant.

USPS has been wonderfully dependable over the years.

first class mail. The obvious solution in the short term is for people to stick a first class stamp over the postage paid stamp on the ballot envelope.
