If the Judge rules for the teachers, theres neither irony nor hypocrisy.

The drive to send kids into schools like so many sheep driven towards a minefield is diabolical, and widely rejected by parents. I saw recently a survey in which four in five parents nationwide were looking into home-schooling their children if classrooms opened.
