As the Trump interview shows, Chris Wallace is a tough but fair interviewer. Showing up on Fox will destroy all the "he's senile"/"he's hiding in his basement" mantras the network is throwing out.

2. I agree. He could handle it, no doubt.

He needs to make the round of Sunday shows, at a minimum. In studio, and not on webcam. Now that he has a running mate, and we're near the end of the summer, it's time to step up the game.

There's no telling how many interviews he's done over the last 40-50 years on the major networks. I have full confidence he can handle them. Sure, there will be some 'gotcha' questions, but that's part of the game. He knows what to do.

And get Harris out, too. Quickly. She will be phenominal!

Every Sunday, one of them needs to be making the rounds.
