4. Thing is, there are multiple goals here, not just hampering vote by mail

Republicans have long hated the post office because it competes with private interests who are paying them to undermine a competitor.

This postmaster general has a financial interest in these competitors

And Donnie is a Russian agent so he's happy to dismantle the American infrastructure

And democrats want funding for the usps, so this is leverage to get a better deal.

And all this chatter casting doubt about election integrity is cover for him to steal it through *any* means. For instance literally making ballots from democratic strongholds disappear only to reappear after the election has been decided. People can think they got lost in the mail even if the mail delivery was working fine.
