We now know why Trump said it would take two months to determine the next president.

A few days ago he actually said on Fox News it would take two months from election day. I'm sure there is a video of it somewhere. His plan was to actually bring mail delivery to a screeching halt, not just slow it down a few days. It might be late December before all the mail-in votes arrive and are counted. Who knows what else is in the works to lose the mail or send it to the wrong location.

He often broadcasts his ideas in advance. In his mind he and his criminal Postmaster General had cooked up enough sabotage plans to make the USPS slower than the old Pony Express of the 1800s.

1. Unacceptable....

That it would take that long to determine a winner. And it's certainly not fair to the winner as there's little time to transition.

It would be backwards evolution if we started taking much longer to count votes than it once did,

2. He and his partners in crime had calculated what needed to be done to break the system

and executed the plan. Then Trump goes on Fox News and tells them what the effects of his plan will be.

3. Basically, the choice of electors must be resolved by December 13

In principle, I'm totally fine with taking all this time to determine who really won the election. The rush to stop the recount in 2000 before gore could catch up was totally unacceptable.

December 13 to January 20 is plenty of time to prepare. In other circumstances a new president must take over with no notice at all.

Of course, republicans being republicans, after the election is merely the time to screw with the results. But in principle, I think the obsession with knowing the final results on election night is misplaced.

4. A disorderly election is the goal - that is all

From that disorder, Trump will rise and declare himself, and be declared by others, victorious.

5. He understands the system is not designed to deal with a total lowlife

He's understood that all his life. That's why none of the remedies were going to work. None of the historical reference points applied. He's going to surround himself with fellow lowlifes who won't squeal or cooperate, not when it matters.

The one thing he was never going to do is trail in the polls and just wait around for inevitable defeat. Before this USPS stuff broke I posted that we had no idea what the October surprise will be. We still don't know, other than the surprises will be numerous and much earlier than October and certainly more diabolical than this USPS stuff. USPS is merely the mechanical element.
