Getting sick of seeing the meme about the 5 year old who was murdered.

I honestly dont understand how the fuck it became a thing.

If you dont know the story, a black man shot a 5 year old in the head, child dies, manhunt ensues, man is caught and jailed. The man is friends with the family, had beers with them the night before, looks like a mental breakdown thing, nothing racial.

The #MAGits have latched on to this story in an attempt somehow to show that BLM doesnt care about white kids and that the mainstream media is not covering this story 24/7 and there are no protests in the streets because the boy was white and the man was black.

Im seeing this stupid meme popping up on my newsfeed over and over and each time im like WTF are you people talking about?

The man who pulled the trigger was caught, quickly, and he is facing criminal prosecution. sad for the family but pretty much the end of the story as far as the rest of us are concerned. what is there to protest? the cops werent protecting this man, prosecutors werent refusing to charge him.

THATS what BLM is demanding for officers who kill. a quick firing and arrest and criminal prosecution.

both sides agree that this man who shot the boy should have been caught and prosecuted, there is no controversy. unfortunately both sides CANT agree that killer cops should be given the same treatment and thats the problem!

right wingers can be so fucking stupid sometimes.

they had dinner just the night before. He says they had been neighbors for about 8 years. I feel sooo bad for him. And i'm angry at the guy who had a gun. I fucking hate gun nuts. I don't care if he wasn't some nra type. Guns can be dangerous even when law enforcement or military have them but at least they often put themselves in harms way as part of their job.

There is no need for civilians to have them. It just hurts and kills innocent people like that little child .

In the case of Steinle it was a bigger accident because the man had touched something which was convering the gun and it went off by accident and killed her. It wasn't even his gun that went off . The person more responsible should be whoever owned that gun and put it out like that.

But the Right Wing always pushes stories about black and brown people that have hurt a white person,e specially if it's a white woman or child.

Never mind that this black man was caught . and the black lives matter movement is about cases where people do the same to black people, especially law enforcement and there are not charges against them.

trying to justify their LIES. The Rightwing in this country is pushing so hard to the right that if you look over your left shoulder...there they are.

They don't care about the truth anymore...they don't even know what that is.
They don't have the slightest clue what that means anymore..and that's what happens
when you put ideology over what's right.

Party over Country.
Party over God.
Party uber Alles....starting to sound familiar.

Well Fuck That Shit..I'm not having it...ARE YOU?

Get mad and don't let up till this nightmare is over.

If it fits their narrative they latch onto it because taking cases broadly and really understanding the social dynamics doesn't work for them.

Social media is ripping apart the very fabric of our traditional society, with little threads of our spiritual, cultural, mental and moral being torn away by an uncontrolled flood of disinformation on a 24/7 schedule.
