Just saw Susan Collins expressing "concern" for the post office and had an idea

Someone should take this video, and when she expresses "concern" for the post office, cut to her saying "Aye" on confirming the Post Master General.

When she says that the "Post Office is vital" in this new video, cut to her saying "I think the president has learned his lesson".

When she says "now is not the time to be making changes to the Post Office services", cut to her saying "Aye" to confirming DeJoy

Cut to her saying; "Kavanaugh told me he would uphold precedent", then cut to Kavanaugh's dry drunk breakdown at the hearing.

End by saying; "after 30 years in the Senate, isn't it time Maine has a Senator that knows what the hell they are doing"?

Collins should get "concerned" about Social Security since it'll be her only income shortly KS Toronado Aug 2020 #9
If I recall she will also get a very generous retirement for being a Senator. cstanleytech Aug 2020 #17

I got mine at the Town Hall Angus did back in February. It was still kind of a local thing.

They did when the post was a Presidential appointment, but I don't think they do now that the Board of Governors makes the appointment .

The Senate does have to approve the (Presidential) appointment of the other Board members.

IQ45 did the selection, and the Board of Govs. did the appointing. Apparently, this is the first time in decades that the PMG hasn't been an internal appointment.

We're certainly working to replace the spine of oatmeal Susan Collins with Sara Gideon. It looks good so far but We've got to keep on keepin' on.

Trump did learn his lesson: That he can get away with anything. He took a Supreme Court ruling against him on on a particular executive order and read it as he can do anything he wants with them. Her half-assed concern is as bad if not worse than Trump's vocal supporters as long as her every vote goes his way.
