Re: mailboxes. RWers are bringing up some article about it during Obama, too. Well...
They leave out a key point:
“Postal Service policy requires approval by the Area and ***public notification^** in order to permanently remove a collection box.”
Also, doesn’t explain the removal of massive amounts of sorting equipment!
