They leave out a key point:


“Postal Service policy requires approval by the Area and ***public notification^** in order to permanently remove a collection box.”

Also, doesn’t explain the removal of massive amounts of sorting equipment!

got USPS data showing at least 671 USPS mail sorting machines have been removed across the country since June.
