I know that employees have been fired for malicious destruction or theft. I don’t think that what’s happening falls into that category.

4. I think Attorneys General of all 50 states need to find federal judges to issue cease & desist

orders against D-Day Joy. I say let the courts stop him from further harm first, and then sort it out in court. Up until now, most mail tampering cases were about just the small stuff. This is huge, and I want our courts to determine how much tampering is supposed to be allowed.

18 US Code Section 1701 et seq. makes intentional delay or obstruction of the U.S. mail by any person a federal crime.

As you can tell, I am not a lawyer but surely there is recourse under the law to keep The president from harming the USPS...

Legal pundits are suggesting that Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Colorado, and Utah, who use 100% vote-by-mail in their elections, should go to the Supreme Court in a lawsuit against Trump and DeJoy under the original jurisdiction rules in the Constitution for a TRO and preliminary injunction.

And mail our ballots early, no later than Oct. 22, according to folks familiar with whats going on at the post office.
