(8,064 posts)orders against D-Day Joy. I say let the courts stop him from further harm first, and then sort it out in court. Up until now, most mail tampering cases were about just the small stuff. This is huge, and I want our courts to determine how much tampering is supposed to be allowed.

(51,679 posts)18 US Code Section 1701 et seq. makes intentional delay or obstruction of the U.S. mail by any person a federal crime.

(51,679 posts)Legal pundits are suggesting that Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Colorado, and Utah, who use 100% vote-by-mail in their elections, should go to the Supreme Court in a lawsuit against Trump and DeJoy under the original jurisdiction rules in the Constitution for a TRO and preliminary injunction.
