Before the lights are turned off and the doors are closed for two months, House Democrats took to the microphone to plead for reason, arguing that there are far too many important measures to be considered, that this is the worst possible time to take yet another vacation.
Alas, before running away from doing the job they were hired to do, House Republicans followed the Democrats' pleas with one final FUCK YOU to the American people -- one solid hour of Louis Gohmert.
