'He conned me': Pennsylvania farmer who voted for Trump in 2016 to speak at DNC

A Pennsylvania dairy and soybean farmer who voted for Donald Trump in 2016 will be speaking on behalf of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden at the party's convention later this week.

Rick Telesz, a registered Democrat who voted for Mr Trump in 2016 because he believed the president would "look after the working man" and "drain the swamp," now regrets that vote and has done a 180-degree turn.

If I knew of that nickname before voting in 2016, you should have too, Farmer Rick, along with the bankruptcies, the use of undocumented labor, the stiffing of contractors, and the adultery. The total lack of character and integrity was there for anyone to see, that is, anyone who wanted to vote based on intellect vs emotion, based on what was best for the country, vs outdated, misogynistic views of who should run it. We'll gladly accept your vote this fall Farmer Rick, but fuck you for voting for this disaster in the first place.

The problem I have with these people is that they will line up & vote for the next Trump.

absolutely nothing to the table - not even a loaf of bread to share with everyone.

NOW he is sorry? Too bad so sad, in 2016 people were bragging they voted for "it," because life was getting better, like with Clinton and Bush. Life was getting better, so bam people were convinced to vote for Bush Jr. and shake things up. Why? For the lolz I guess. No other rhyme or reason to vote for another economic meltdown after getting the economy straightened out under Clinton (which 'pugs are now taking credit for, btw. Looking at you Morning Joe)

One day, after the election, maybe we can sit for a beer and discuss how you got to your line of thinking in 2016. However, I recommend bringing some burn salve to that conversation. Your ears will need it.

But that's a thing for later.

I'm shorter tempered with people who helped put you in the frame of mind that your 2016 choice appeared to make sense. Some of those are also active against Trump these days, but most try to whitewash their own role in getting you to think the way you did.
