Correct me if Im wrong, but I cant recall seeing any Republican Senators wail on Russia for pushing spies into an American presidential campaign and putting bounties on U.S. troops the way now BOTH Florida Senators @marcorubio and @ScottforFlorida are fighting Steve Schmidt.
Steve Schmidt @SteveSchmidtSES
Senator, I dont hate anyone. I do have a seething contempt for you and your colleagues who have been silent enablers of the profound damage Trump has done to this country. You have been faithless to your oaths as Trump has desecrated the Presidency and sundered the AmericanLink to tweet

(296,076 posts)Florida got a lot of Russian money - remember now DeathSentence returned $50,000 after Igor and Lev were charged. And how did Scott pull off that upset? People still want to know.

So I guess that's why Rubio is being a little whore for Trump.
Christie calling out Rubio for the fraud he is was probably the only good thing he has done in his political life.

(11,203 posts)Trump knows that they know, and if/when Trump loses, Trump will expose Rubio and Scott as being complicit and not giving a shit about Florida voters but caring about their own political aspirations.
Just a guess.

(3,470 posts)I've accpeted the fact that there are assholes in life that can do no wrong and keep getting rewarded. For me, it just defies logic. Rubio leads the pack on this. Golden children who know how to play the game early on and wait to be annoited. They can come from nothing or be privileged beyond belief.
He is awful to the core.
