(16,844 posts)or any of the shows that come on afterward, but I've been in the hospital and I don't have much else to do. This convention has been so much different from the ones that I remember when I was growing up that I find it difficult to even compare them. One thing is for sure: political conventions are going to change from this point forward. I think most of the changes are for the best.
I've watched some of the shows following the convention and most of them suck. Those shows don't serve any purpose at all, really. I've watched Brian Williams's show and I think it's better than most of the others. He has good guests making interesting commentary and Williams knows how to get the most out of his guests. A lot of the other shows have an amateurish feel to them, but Williams's experience shows.
